Attendees: Tammi Evans, Bobbie Guerra, Dustin Roach, Pam Stout, Diane Bader

Absent: Grace Spears, Sarah Arner, Debbie Abbot

Agenda: 

Pool: 

• Current pool company will provide resurfacing quote soon

• Current pool company will provide pool cover quote

• Need pool cover for closing end of September

• Any additional pool quotes (resurfacing or cover) needed by September end

Wall Update:

• Staining repaired section quote provided by company who repaired wall

• Pam to get example of stain

Fall Festival Oct 19:

• Several neighborhood volunteers for cars, more would be best

• Secured face painter, popcorn, and cotton candy

• Neighbor brining bounce house. 

November Neighborhood meeting:

• Looking for more people to help with the POA

• Covenant updates recommendations

Task force for covenant violations:

• Need people to observe and report violations with images to the POA

New business: 

• City said whatever they tear out for the sewer work they’ll replace. 

• Suggestion to raise dues to $250

• Suggested POA roles to 2 year terms with 2 years of dues comped after serving

• Suggested that a person can only hold a position once for a 2 year term but could run for a different position after term expires. 

Action Items: 

• Pool cover quotes/resurfacing in by Sept. 30

• Volunteers/cars for Fall Festival

• People to help with task force
