Weatherton POA 1/28/2026

Attendees: Tammi Evans, Bobbie Guerra, Diana Bader, Dustin Roach

Absent: Grace Spears, Kaley Brydon

Covenants discussion: 

• Should AirBNBs be allowed?

• Suggestion that boats etc can be stored in the yard as long as they cannot be seen over the fence line

• Overflow parking permits by the playground? 

• Research title transfer fees for home sales- current suggestion $200

• Suggested $25 fee for covenant violations-  certified letter, fine

• Proposed 10% for all unpaid POA dues over 90 days past due

• Neighbor input and feedback by end of March

Bylaws discussion:

• Need for a property management company if less than 3 members from the neighborhood volunteer for board

• Terms are 2 years, can’t serve same role twice, one year dues comped after terms served

Pool:

• Due a refund from pool company- just over $5,700

• Look into new pool company care- quotes needed

• Choose resurfacing company; board to vote via email

• Primo, Waterwave, clean pro, or Blue Dream

• New lock needed

• Check cameras

Banking:

• Diane going to Arvest 

• Online banking option to get resolved

Dues:

• Invoices to be mailed by end of January

Year End Report:

• Available by end of January
