Weatherton POA Covenants

Our POA covenants can be found here and we appreciate everyone’s help in following them to maintain the beauty of our neighborhood! Please keep your yard, flower beds, and landscaping well-maintained so we can all enjoy a beautiful community. If you are experiencing any challenges with yard upkeep and need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.

As a reminder, per POA covenants, boats, trailers, and RVs should not be stored long-term on residential properties or in the playground parking lot. Please arrange for offsite storage for these items.

Following the POA covenants is one of the most common requests we receive from residents, and we appreciate everyone doing their part to uphold these guidelines. Together, we can keep Weatherton a wonderful place to live!

POA Dues

Our annual POA dues are $240 and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our neighborhood. These funds support essential services such as common area lawn care, landscaping, playground upkeep, and pool maintenance. Your contributions ensure that our community remains a desirable place to live, helping to sustain and increase property values.

Invoices will be sent in March, with payment due by April 30th each year. At this time, online payment is not available, but we are actively exploring options for the future. We currently accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders.

Mail to: Weatherton POA INC., PO Box 1818, Lowell, AR 72745
Memo Line: Please include the property address for which the dues are being paid.

For security and organization, we kindly ask that all payments be mailed to the POA mailbox. Payments are collected monthly and securely processed.
