• Resurfacing

• Dustin talked with pool company. They’ll start after first check clears. 

• New lock

• Need chemical/corrosive proof, looking for punch code option. c. $1200. Warranty on lock. 

Finances

• Taxes and Insurance Renewal

• Report on payables and how much is owed to POA. 

• Explore option for online payments but payer must cover convenience fee

• Taxes have been paid

• Insurance bill came in- looking into renewal options

Neighborhood initiatives

• Idea proposed for neighborhood service to pay back dues.

• Roundabout garden project- volunteer based effort.
