  • Refinishing will cost $20-30k, vote next meeting

    • Service has been stopped until refinishing

  • Dues

  • Notices will go out by January end

    • Suggestion to raise to $250 from $240

    • Changing dues requires 51% vote from neighbors

  • Facebook etiquette 

    • No political posts;neighborhood relevant only


  • Action items:

    • Get people updated on the Arvest account
