Current Business:

Pool: Resurfacing quotes range from 15k-41k. Still accepting quotes from refinishing and mainlanders contracts for 2026. Costs have increased c. 9k since 2024.

Maintenance to be paused as refinishing will occur before opening in 2026. 

Dues: Proposed dues increase from $240 to $250 to adjust to rising maintenance costs. If payment plans are needed please email Weathertonpoa@gmail.com to set up a plan. 

Fence: Repaired, payment to be sent 11/14.

Lawn Care: Accepting quotes for 2026. 

Insurance: Accepting quotes for new insurance. Current covers fence, pool, walls, and umbrella policy on board. Current company is Cincinnati.

Grace going on leave:  Absorb Grace duties while she is out. 

Septic system: Pushed until January 2026 at the earliest. 

Covenant enforcements: Discussion on handling neighborhood matters that violate covenant. Fines, liens, etc. 

Action items: 

Get PO Box key to Diane or Dustin.

Schedule Neighborhood meeting- proposed date December 3 at City Hall with virtual option.
