Current Business:
POA dues statements have been sent. Dustin and Debbie checking on final few.
An accountant has been hired and is reconciling quickbooks. It was recommended to keep them on until Debbie is comfortable with Quickbooks, and then move to monthly or quarterly POA account reviews.
State Farm is cutting a check soon for the wall damage. Discussion on who State Farm with be writing the check to- contractor or POA.
New insurance has been acquired for the neighborhood. The year premium is $7,900 and it was agreed to pay it in full.
The new policy is as follows:
Pool house @ $50,000
Wall @ $100, 000
Playground @ $100,000
Pool @ $75,000
$1,000,000 umbrella policy
$1,000 deductible
Suggestions for a new pool company are needed by May 1. The company quote needs to cover:
Daily Checks (Saturday-Monday especially)
A rate on chemicals
Opening and closing
Suggested to set an automatic reply on the Weatherton email letting residents know they can expect a response with in 72 business hours.
Roles and responsibilities were discussed, as well as possible suggestions for officers, managers, committees, and chairs of various neighborhood responsibilities. I.e. Pool Manager, Event Committee, Compliance Officer
Action items:
A lock for the pool. Digital or punch style for code setting purposes.
Quote for a new pool gate.
Must be self closing writhing 2”

Debbie reaching out to contact for pool quotes on cover, gate, lock, resurfacing, and pole/railing.
Pam reaching out to contact for quote on pool gate lock.
Draft automatic response suggestions.
Covenants need updating.
Suggested to have an annual all-call meeting for neighbors to be updated with the board.
