Certain volunteers have requested to step back from previously requested positions.

-Still need volunteers willing to work with the POA.

Pool cover quotes needed- replacement this season after previous vandalism.

Still awaiting updates from insurance regarding the wall repairs. No check from insurance as of 4/14

Lawn care quotes are still being taken.

Quotes need to include material cost, labor, installation fees, etc. As much information as possible for comparison purposes.

Pool company quotes needed by 5/1

New business:

Note that two people from the same house can’t be on the board.

Send out a poll/survey for 2 Seasonal meetings for neighborhood and then choose the date people vote on the most date

Consider establishing a welcoming committee, could provide information for new people like the covenants etc.

Reviewing resident suggestions for covenant updates and created a document to store suggestions.

Signs are needed for the neighborhood: playground (8.5x11” or so), parking area, no soliciting(2). If we contract a towing company they’ll likely provide their own sign.

Website is live- Can be shared with neighborhood upon approval.

POA PO Box weekly. We need another key.

Dues Invoices sent to billing address- second round will go to mailing address.

Team needed for pool opening.

Consider creating a letterhead for the POA for official communication.

Action items:

Quotes for pool cover, various signs as noted.

Measure pool (measurements will be sent separately).

Additional Quotes for lock and gate. Vendor needs to be selected and work completed BEFORE pool opening.

Secure second key for POA PO Box
